Andy Belotti of YELLOW DAWG STRIPING of Southern Connecticut earned "Rookie of the Year" for the YELLOW DAWG brand as he quickly earned a loyal following in his territory serving Fairfield and New Haven Counties in Connecticut.

Mark Birk and Scott Rudolph, and their wives, Nikki and Molly, received "Rookies of the Year" for BLACK DAWG.  Their BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT of Greater Cincinnati and BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT of Northern Kentucky Franchises quickly became the star performers in their markets.  Almost overnight, this franchise took southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky competitors by surprise using the BLACK DAWG marketing and advertising tools.  Another key to their success was the early acquisition of a second service vehicle just two months after their launch.

Mark Murphy, our YELLOW DAWG STRIPING of Souhthern New Hampshire Franchise Owner and our corporate instructor for YELLOW DAWG STRIPING and BLUE DAWG POWER WASH won "TOP (Spray) GUN" Award.

Tom Corvetti of BLACK DAWG SEALCOAT of Fredericksburg won "Most Enthusiastic" for his infectious enthusiasm and can-do attitude during his first year.  Tom had a late start in 2010 as we waited on the state of Virginia to approve our franchise registration process and he took it all in stride.

Kevin Drown won the "Instructor Extraordinaire" Award for his ability to quickly bring new franchise owners and their crew members up to our high standards for sealcoating and crack sealing processes.

Melissa Diggins won the BLACK DAWG FRANCHISE GROUP's "Employee of the Year' Award for her outstanding commitment to our franchisees and the franchise system.  Melissa was key to our success at the many tradeshows we exhibited in 2010.

Congratulations to all winners!
